Editorial Guide: 

OneZed (channel 5) is looking for a new 13 part comedy series which depicts  authentic ‘African’ experiences.The comedy must be based in Malawi and showcase the true livelihood and experiences of those living in the country.

The Comedy series must deliver rib cracking humor and have a fresh premise relatable to the target audience.

Exploring new and fresh ideas that tap into the nuances of the market, please bear the following in mind:

1. The characters must be relatable, funny and engaging.
2. The Comedy can explore any of these types of comedies; farce, burlesque, slapstick and satire comedy.

This comedy  series must be family friendly and encourage appointment viewing.

Submission Requirements: 

1. Brief synopsis of the concept.
2. Story bible.
3. A summary of the main characters arcs/journeys as well as Episodic summaries for 13 episodes.
4. A proposed budget estimate
5. Proposed Production Team and brief Bio’s.
