Objectives    

• We are looking for a facilitating production company who will be responsible for Supervising the 3 Botswana 52 minute Made for TV films, but not limited to; the following:
• Supervise producers during development, production, and post-production with the aim to deliver for Mzansi Magic Channels.
• Assist in allocation of credible crew to carry out the production of the film.
• Liaise with channel to adhere to broadcast standards throughout the process.
• Manage the delivery of the films and marketing collateral.
• Full oversight of budget management for the production.
• The supervising producer undertakes that the 3 films will be delivered to the highest broadcast quality within the provided timelines.

Eligibility Requirements    

• Producers must be Botswana citizens.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years production experience.
• Must be knowledgeable in managing production budgets.
• Extensive crew and cast management skills.

Application Requirements

• One-to-two-page motivation letter.
• Production company executive summary with detailed company experience.
• Showreel or filmography (if available).
• Mentorship experience (if available).
• Example of a project plan/rollout for executing the 3 Films Slate  (envisaged structure of supervision)
• Company registration documents.
